Return & Refund Policy

At Ajmal Perfumes USA, we take great care in ensuring that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal care items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or delivered in good condition.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or issue replacements under the following circumstances:

The item received is damaged during shipping.

The item received is incorrect (different from what you ordered).

If your order falls into one of the above categories, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert support email], including:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item

A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, our team will notify you if your return or replacement is approved.

2. Return Process

If approved:

We will provide a return shipping label or instructions.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the order invoice.

Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Unauthorized returns or items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Refunds & Replacements

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

If a replacement is preferred and stock is available, it will be shipped at no extra cost.

Shipping fees and taxes (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or used perfume bottles

Items without original packaging or missing safety seals

Promotional or free items

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
